- representing in proceedings before the cadastral office and in proceedings before other administrative bodies.
General contractual agenda
- drafting of any usual (and unusual) types of contracts according to the needs and instructions of the client, including design of optimal solutions and negotiations with the counterparty.
Mergers and acquisitions
- advice on various types of transformations;
- drafting and discussing relevant documentation necessary for the transformation with a notary, experts and auditor, incl. organization of the general meetings and the entry of the transformation in the Commercial Register;
- complete legal due diligence of entities involved in the transformation.
Collective investment
- representing funds of qualified investors and / or their investors;
- drafting corporate agenda of collective investment funds;
- representing the interests of investors in negotiations with the manager, administrator, depositary or regulator;
- representing investors in the acquisition, resp. disposal of equity participations in collective investment funds.
Debt collection
- representing clients in judicial and extrajudicial debt collection and in execution proceedings.
Insolvency
- drafting application for insolvency proceedings and all other submissions, including incidental claims;
- representing clients in insolvency proceedings.

Law office Hronová & Křížková is represented by JUDr. Erika Hronová and Mgr. Martina Křížková, LL.M, attorneys at law. Their connection is not new; on the contrary, they have been providing legal services together or side by side without a break since 2006.
